My 4 years son has been suffering with seizure disorder up to 2 years. Dt advice 7.5ml Gardenal & 5 ml Epival towice a day. It has been seen two episode of convulsion last 2 month back.At present we increase the gardenal dose upto 12.5 ml.Now he is free from convulsion.His body wt.14 kg. Is 12.5 ml gardenal right for him ?

Dosage depends on weight plus the degree of fits changes in the EEG called as spikes. A good quality eeg will help to determine the perfect dosage. I am sure your doctor will be in right direction.
