Irritation in throat

I am having irritation in throat since past 2weeks, sometimes high some times mild. A continuous need of clearing the throat is there and sometimes cough comes up. I touched the back of the tounge as far as i could and there are small ball shaped inflamations Please help. I dont have coughing , or fever or any other symptoms
