Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of dryness Try A.cold compresses B use antiglare glasses C. Blink a lot D. Use lubrucating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
