I get huge irritation in eye when I wake up and mostly at that time when my nose is also blocked. Please suggest

Hello this may be due to dryness you can 1. Blink a lot 2. Wash eyes with fresh water 3. Cold compresses 4. Use lubricating eye drop like flogel This is a provisional diagnosis. consult your ophthalmologist for detailed examination

You may have allergic conjunctivtis, but your symptoms are too vague to be sure. Kindly consult an ophthalmologist who can examine your eye under magnification and suggest treatment
