I am suffering from itching and burning on the head of the penis from quite a long now i clean the area everyday with soap and i use T-bact...there is no swelling but sometimes there are small ulcers on the soft skin there is some times also white coloured hard liquid in the extreme corners can be seen if skin pulled back...please help me with the medicine or ointment to cure this as using T bact just gives temporary relief. Thanks in advance
