Generally, when one is ill, one tends to get irritable. So is it normal to feel irritated as you battle with Covid - yes! Your immune system is down, you are struggling with an illness, you will experience irritation!

2. Try to meditate once a day.
3. Bring awareness to yourself - is there anything in particular that is making you irritated.
4. Focus on your thoughts - are you experiencing Covid related fears or anxiety.
5. If the answer to 3 or 4 is "yes", remind yourself that you are young, which means you should recover soon. So engage in positive self talk.
