Irritable bowel syndrome

I have dirrhea with mushy stool and some times going to washroom 5 times a day. I have done stool RE. The test is normal except 03-04 hpf Rbc found. Doctor told me that you have ibs. He prescribed medicine like alverine +simethicone and ranitidine. But problem is still there. What i do
