After everymeal IAM defecating and asking my doctor friend he said it's IBS so what kind of diet should.i follow to overcome this situation and currently IAM dieting in order to loose weight.so what all can I eat with this condition.

Avoid animal source foods including milk. Have plant based diet. Maintain hydration, plenty of fluids.
