Irregular uterine bleeding

Im having some irregular uterine bleeding since 4th of April took mprate for 15 days along with pause mf for 5days but still im having some light bleeding. I have gt my copper iud in August last year before that was on intimacy plus 2 for 4 months for pcod. kindly suggest can i take intimacy plus 2 again to regularize my period it was prescribed by my gynec. I know i need a usg scan but dont want to go to any hospital bcoz i have a two yr old at home don't want to risk as most of the hospital have covid patients.
