My daughter would be completing almost one year but her sleep pattern is still not set. We would finish her dinner by 8.30 pm and then get her to sleep by 10.30pm after 120 ml of formula feed. My wife usually rocks her to sleep but she will wake up at 12 followed by every hour of waking up. She will then finally get to sleep at 6 am and sleep through 10 am followed by 12 pm and 3 to 4 pm sleep. This is really affecting our health as well. Is there anything that we should change ?
Dear parents,
Child sleeping pattern at birth is waking up from 12midnight to 4am.
If this pattern is not corrected it continues.
So stop it sleep in day time.
