Irregular periods past 6 months of abort

I had medical abortion(on doctor observation) 1 year back, Now from last 6 months my period cycle is getting increased.On jan 9 th 2023 I got my period after 40 days and now march 11 th I got my next period after almost 50 days..Its keep on increasing..Please let me know what can be the reason..Do anything serious about it.

Unrelated to the abortion U need investigations to find out the reason. Weight gain Lack of exercise Pcos Deranged thyroid n prolactin levels These are a few reasons fr the delay in periods
