We first need to get an USG pelvis to know what is the cause. Mostly it can be PCOS, will have to be treated accordingly

She needs to get evaluated with the following tests like 1. Serum TSH 2 serum prolactin 3 USG pelvis Mostly it will be pcos. For that supplements need to be started and hormonal pills to regularise her period.
