Irregular periods, white discharge from 3 days, 5 kgs weight gain in one month (October), back pains like period cramps from one day but periods didn't come yet

Please get your beta HCG level done and consult a Gynaecologist. A 5 kg weight gain in one month is too much. If you are not pregnant then you should consult a Gynaecologist and also an Endocrinologist for further management.
