I m having pcod n irregular periods from the past 5 years ..taking krimpson 35 frm last 6 months shold i discontinue it and wait for the next periods

If u hv regular cycles on krimson u cn kp continuing it.. If u think u hv adequately controlled ur diet n are regularly exercising then u cn try stopping and see of u gt periods or not
