I don't get my periods regular I get them only after 3 to 4 months I want to conceive now. I am also overweight

Hi. As your hist, you  may be polycystic . So do exercises, take high protein diet. Reduce your wt. Everything will be fine. Meet gyn , so that investigations to be done and you can reduce wt easily.
