I am having irregular periods since last 30 + days ( have this condition since past 10 years). Have ruled out pcod/s and donot thyroid issues too. I had tried maintaining proper diet and workout but still facing this issue.

How irregular are your periods? Gap between two day one of your periods can be 21 to 37 that's a normal menstrual cycle
