I am having irregular periods since last 30 + days ( have this condition since past 10 years). Have ruled out pcod/s and donot thyroid issues too. I had tried maintaining proper diet and workout but still facing this issue.

You are 21 years old and you are having irregular periods for the last 10 years. This sounds a little illogical. Please consult a Gynaecologist with full history and a few questions from the side of Gynaecologist.

How irregular are your periods? Gap between two day one of your periods can be 21 to 37 that's a normal menstrual cycle
