There are few disorders that could cause irregular periods. If you have hypothyroidism, or if you have cysts in your ovary or life style changes etc can cause your periods to be irregular. We need to know your history, if you have any other associated symptoms such as recent weight gain, heavy bleeding when you get your periods, thinning of hair, fatigue etc.
Next Steps
if you are having any of these symptoms along with irregular periods , I would suggest you getting your thyroid levels checked and a pelvic ultrasound to rule out ovarian cysts
Health Tips
walk daily for 30 min, avoid processed food and eat healthy

I would advise you to visit your gynecologist to undergo a proper evaluation and undergo further investigations such as an ultrasound scan to find the underlying cause for it. These lifestyle changes may help in making your periods regular: - Avoid fatty/fried/junk food - Exercise regularly - Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation - Maintain a healthy body and diet - Have vegetable juices - Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet - Avoid smoking and alcohol Kindly visit the gynecologist to find the underlying cause of it
