Irregular periods.
I am getting irregular periods since the last two months. This month I haven't gotten my period at all yet but my entire body has been feeling weird. Hurting. I started running regularly in March this year, 5k daily, along with heavy exercise. I think that might be the reason but I'm not sure. I don't have any other symptoms.

If pregnancy test is negative.... If u r high on weight...it could be a reason for cycles getting delayed...heavy exercise also alters periods.

If you are nott sexually active then no problem otherwise preg test is must if it is negative then nothing to worry and take meprate 10mg twice a day for 3days pds will come.Then start yaz once a day for 28days regularly for 4 months for regularisation of periods
