thyroid profile, testesterone levels, etc. to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. These following steps may help to regularize your periods:
- Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food
- Exercise regularly(30-45 mins per day and maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI)
- Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation
- Maintain a healthy body and diet
- Have vegetable juices
- Include corn, beets, lettuce and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet
- Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit
