There are multiple risk factors for PCOS like family history/ obesity/ diabetes/ etc. Clinical presentation of PCOS is very wide.Women with PCOS often seek care for menstrual irregularities, hirsutism( excessive facial hair growth), Acne, infertility. Management for PCOS is life style modification like weight reduction/ exercise and symptomatic like Ocps (oral contraceptive pills) for menstrual irregularities.

Dear user polycystic ovarian syndrome is due to hormonal imbalance in this there is delay in ovulation or failure of ovulation so leads to hormonal imbalance, and irregular periods you should  be physically active, start exercising and avoid Fatty diet, some hormonal Treatment is requiredike oral contraceptive pill for 6months and tab metformin 1000mg once a day for 6month required
