Irregular Period after eptopic pregnancy

I have had surgical removal of right fallopian tube on 20th Aug because of eptopic pregnancy and got my periods twice between 19 days interval in the month of September. But it's been 32 days since my last period, I have not got another period yet. My usual cycle before pregnancy used to be 24 days. I took a pregnancy test 2 days back . It came negative.  What should I do?
