I have been experiencing irregular menstruation cycles for sometime now. I have always had an issue with irregularity, but the previous cycle was longer than my usual time period (7-8 days) and now my next cycle has started 3 days early despite the previous cycle being longer than usual. My cycles were just getting on track and the previous cycle has left me a little worried. Kindly advice on a suitable course of action. No pain is experienced by me during the bleeding days, usually.
