One of my friend has irregular menstrual cycle. Please let me know why is this irregular, is there any problem?, Does she needs medical treatment? Please find the report attached and kindly advice

She is having poly cystic ovarian disease.Due to this she is not getting regular period.First consult with gynaecologist and get done some investigation .Take medicine for regulating the cycle.
