Irregular menstrual cycle

My 12 yrs old niece usually has her menstrual cycle 24-25days apart..But recently she got fever and prescribed with paracetamol and Clavam 625 . After completion of the course she started having periods which is only 16 days from her last period. Is it normal or should I accompany her for a doctor's visit?

Its nothing to do with fever or its treatment. Till 2 years after first period it may remain irregular. But for this you will have to take treatment.
