I am facing Irregular menstrual cycling for 15 continues days. I am 45year old. My scanning report shows right ovary is obscured, left ovary has follicles of 23mm.also nabothian cyst is noted in the anterior wall of cervix. Do I need surgery.

You don’t need surgery based on this report but would like to hv ur endometrial surveillance done by biopsy and also cervical cytology needs to be done I would suggest you to meet a gynecologist near u for further assessment
