What could cause a high RBC count? Last year I was diagnosed with anemia with Hb 11.1. Since then I'm on iron tablets. Does iron supplementation cause high RBC count?

HELLO, 11.1 GM% NOT ANEMIA ONLY DIET IMPROVEMENT CAN CORRECT. ONE YEAR ON IRON SUPPLEMENT UNBELIEVABLE. THREE MONTHS IS SUFFICIENT. STOP IRON RBC WILL BE NORMAL. OK.
