Iron low and abnormal levels in CBC

Low iron levelsMale, 33I have low iron levels my levels are 40.9ug/dl and transferrin saturation levels are 9.9% and in my CBC MCH,MCHC, RDW-CV, PDW,MPV,PLCR levels are abnormal is this any bad sign?? I'm uploading my reports also plz plz help me in that
