Took an iron test results turned out to be following: 1. iron - 63 2. Iron binding capacity - total (TIBC) - 240 3. Transferrin - 167.6 4. iron saturation - 26 5. Calcium - 9.20 Should these be concerning? Anything to be done to fix this?

Include vit. C in your for better iron absorption. Avoid milk with nuts for better calcium absorption. DM or book appointment for detailed consultation .

Your iron levels are mostly within normal limits. Iron is on the lower side of normal, but your iron saturation is normal, which means there is no clear iron deficiency. TIBC and transferrin are slightly low, which usually happens due to mild inflammation or low protein intake, not due to low iron. Calcium is normal. This is not serious, but improving diet, protein intake and regular meals will help your energy levels.
