Include foods rich in vitamin C like citrus fruits and Green vegetable Many time you have Iron deficiency because it's not absorbed. Avoid milk with all food take iron rich food and calcium rich food seperately eg dates and Milk should not be taken together. Include Proteins in diet so the cells can utilise the iron food.
