Intrusive sexual thoughts
I've been battling intrusive sexual thoughts since a decade now. I've tried everything I possibly can to curb them, they just won't stop. I'll end up watching porn or masturbating way more than I should. It makes me restless and I feel physical pain when I don't do it.

As per this history, you r having sexual obsession. So the act you are doing to stop it are compulsions.
So you r having OCD.
Start T. Newcita 5 mg n gradually increase to 20 mg
You need to practice MBCT. a therapy for OCD (ERP also helpful).
