It is fine that u speak less.But unexpressed thought of ur mind give pressure to ur whole system.Firstly ur mind then ur physical system.
Catharsis or release of ur inner thoughts is necessary when problems arise.U may talk to ur family members ,to ur friends ,to ur colleague etc.
U can alsobtake external help by consulting psychologist online or offline .
Dont get worried,u can feel better by doing some changes in ur behaviour .
