MRP for accentrix is 23960 whereas Lucentis is 70160. Indian biosimilar Razumab is for 17000. It is used for ARMD, Diabetic retinopathy and Macular edema due to vascular occlusions most commonly. It Should be given by a retinal surgeon.

It is recommended for macular oedema,degeneration or diabetic retinopathy or other retinopathies. Best person is a retina specialist to administer Cost varies brand to brand. Lucentis is most  costly.accentrix is lesser(they have reduced the price recently)and avastin being manufactured by Indian company is most economic ie less than 10 k.
