Intestinal issue and pregnancy

I am suffering from intestinal issue since 4 years and last year I got cect scan as well where it shows non specific jejunoilitis but with mucosal fold thickening at jejunal and ileal loop and 9 mm  mysentric lymph nodes. Presently I am 9 weeks pregnant and I would request you to kindly guide me with what nutrition I should take for babys development with constant thin stools and will my condition effect my babys development?
