Internl pain during movement of left leg

With taking myoril 4mg (twice daiy) and zerodol(twice daily) for 5 days, my relative aged 65 is feeling better as far as muscle pain in her left leg is concerned but still pain is there little bit during the leg movement and slight pain around the waist so should she continue taking the same medicine in same dose as mentioned above for another 5 days for complete recovery or change in dose or change in medicine or any extra medicine is required for speedy recovery???? Also, any vitamin or multivitamin is required???? kindly suggest  Also since last week she has started taking  d rise 60 k (weekly once).... thank you
