Just below right chest I have pain for around 6 days.. Sometimes it goes very high and sometimes it disappear.  If I breathe high it pains at the same point. What can be the cause and what should I do.

Hi it can be due to extreme muscle streach or pleural inflammation....take analgesics generally pain subsides by a week if not consult physicians
