Internal os mildly open

In 18 week pregnency my internal os mildly open with 2.63mm.is that any problem?and suggest the treatment.

Yes risk of abortion.Meet to gynaecologist and get examined by her.After per vaginal examination she will know whether circlage operation is needed or not.Take Bed Rest and avoid constipation and cough.
