Dear sir, my colonoscopy report indicates about internal hemerroids then what should I do??? Please reply

Nothing to worry.Get urself examined 1st.Take high fibre diet and avoid food products causing constipation.Do not strain while u defaecate.

Internal hemorrhoids usually can be managed with conservative management like high fibre diet , stool softeners and change of lifestyle. Consult a proctologist in case you recurrent episodes of passing blood in stools or pain and swelling in anus area.
