I got pain under my left chest area. Then done ECG and treadmill test and all reports were normal. But I still feel discomfort in my upper left chest area and left above armpit area upto some extent. My left areola is also surrounded by a bright skin colour ( bright than the rest of the skin ) which goes off as soon as I give it a little massage. Left nipple is also bigger than right. I'm most worried about this.

Hello..... You might be having muscle pain.. If electrocardiogram(ecg) is normal it rules out myocardial infarction which is most dangerous. Give rest to left hand.. Hanging or lifting heavy weights in left hand could cause pain ...get a chest x ray for any respiratory causes..
