Intermenstrual bleeding after mtp

I had mtp at 6weeks on march 20 and had my periods on April 21.they lasted for 6days.Today on 10th may I noticed slight bleeding although not like a period. My periods were over by 27may. Then why this sudden bleeding

You should get a ultrasound to confirm that there are no products of conception left in your uterus.
