Hello, I have just came to realize that I seem to be having a penis problem. When penis is not erect I am able to retract the foreskin. When Penis is semi erect, I can retract it with some difficulty. However, when Penis is completely erect, it appears close to impossible or very painful to retract it. I can retract it little but never attempted go below the penis head. How can this be solved? We are a newly married couple. Do Sexologists consult both Males & Females? Thank you.
