Is it okay to have intercourse post first trimester. Although in the first trimester the doctor said No , we didn't have any complications (nothing mentioned by the doctor)

Please see the sonography report. Did your wife have any symptoms like pain or bleeding in early pregnancy. Does she have any history of having had an abortion earlier ? Is placenta low lying? If the answer is negative then you may have gentle intercourse preferably in "side to side"   position.
