Hiiii.i have a doubt regarding intercourse  my penis does not enter cervix of my wife vagina .it's entering only vagina and ejaculating semen in vagina only .can I get baby?

This is enough for fertilisation.  Sperm travel travels through cervix to enter uterus

I appreciate your knowledge of the female genital tract. But it is not necessary for the penis to enter the cervix. If you are able to insert your penis inside the vagina and ejaculate, it is enough. Your wife will soon become  pregnant.

No, you need not penetrate too deep... Penetrating and ejaculate in vagina is enough and normal.. Cervix is deep and usually you can't see it..
