Intensive hairfall

I'm facing intensive hairfall from roots for about a month and if rolled will be size of big lemon almost density have reduced into half.i don't have issue of thyroid, pcos nothing also maintaing my little dandruff. Want to have good solution and proper haircare routine.

Sudden intense hairfall can be either anagen effluvium, telogen effluvium or FPHL( female patterned hair loss). All of them occur due to different underlying condition.
