Intense pain and fever

Hello, I'm having intensive pain in my body, specially in head and legs and also suffering from 103°F fever from last night. Also my stomach feels full and it seams I'm using the toilet less lately.

1.Tab Pan 40 mg once daily before breakfast. 2.Tab Dolo 650 mg thrice daily after meals. 3.Tab Allegra M mg once daily at night after meals. 4.Tab Meftal Forte one as needed for fever.(Max 3 Tablets per day) 5. Tab Seradic P one as needed for Joint pain ( Max 3 tablets per day ) 5. Plenty of Fluids , Soups , Coconut water. 6. Rest.  7. If any rashes appear, any itching , fever doesn't subside or pain continue despite medicines , get the following tests done. 8. Complete Haemogram, Typhidot, Urine RM, chickengunya IGM, Dengue NS1.

Hello. You may be suffering from urinary tract infection or viral illnesd, which is causing this fever. Take CALPOL 650mg tab thrice daily after meals for fever. Take plenty of water orally >3lit/day. Do blood tests for Complete hemogram, Urea, Creatinine, CRP and Urine routine examination. Follow up with reports. Hope this helps.

I need certain investigations and physical examination to conclude what type of fever is it.

Hello there. I can understand your concern.  Your temperature is high. I would suggest you take tab. Dolo 650 thrice a day after food for 2 days and drink plenty of fluids. Could be a viral fever.
