Intense leg pain above and below knees

Hi My wife is experiencing intense pain above and below knees. Her MRI LS spine is normal. No vitamin deficiency and CBC is normal. Pain killers work but pain reappears after that. Since last one week, she also has severe back pain. Can you please advise further course of action?
