Since 2/3 days feeling brain fog, as if going to pass out.. cant stand for more than 2 minutes, heart feels sinking deep... overall sickness.. MRI brain was normal 2 weeks ago. Mri can rule out major causes? What else causing these symptoms.... had fatty liver n allergy history.. ekg is okay
