You need complete evaluation to rule out insulinoma

A random blood sugar of 41 mg/dL is severe hypoglycemia. Even 57 mg/dL is still low. Normal: • Fasting: 70–99 • Random: usually >80 HbA1c of 4.3% is very low — this suggests frequent low sugar episodes over time. Insulin = 27 (if measured during low sugar) is inappropriately high. C-peptide normal means your body is producing insulin naturally. This raises concern for: • Reactive (post-meal) hypoglycemia • Hyperinsulinemia • Insulin resistance with overshoot • Rarely insulinoma (needs evaluation if recurrent severe episodes) Yes — severe hypoglycemia can be life-threatening if untreated because it can cause: • Fainting • Seizures • Confusion • Coma But it is manageable if properly evaluated.

Its a emergency situation..if your rbs is that much low...you need to eat something or take glucose or sugar Avoid fasting.. Eat every 2 3hrs Take proper medication for insulinoma Consult for better and further management
