Good insulin control needs healthy lifestyle and strict diet control. Stop sweets and soft drinks completely. Avoid fast food, outside oily food. Have adequate green leafy veggies, bittergourd, pulses, salads and fruits like jamun. Ginger, coriander, turmeric fenugreek seeds and spices are good for health. Brisk walk for 30 minutes and meditation for 15 minutes is must.
