If we have loose motion can we take insulin 30/70 and metamorfin tablet and tenegliptin after food Or we should not take insulin.

You should definitely take your insulin. You may need to reduce the dose if you’re eating less due to the intercurrent illness. Stop metfomin for a week till diarrhoea settles
