Hi, may I ask since how long have you been in Bangalore? Have there been any stressful incidents in your life in these past 4months like with friends, studies, family etc? It sounds like you might be feeling home sick and you seem to be experiencing difficulty in coping with your college life. What college are you studying in? You definitely need somebody to talk to and guessing that you feel lonely I don't think you would be comfortable talking to your friends about this. In which case you should get in touch with a psychologist asap who can assess your situation and then recommend a treatment accordingly. However, till that time, try distracting yourself from negative thoughts by getting busy or doing activities which you enjoy like running, plying sport, dancing, music, reading etc.
